Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
Please note that orders for goods that have been custom made, made to order or personalised cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty or damaged.
Though we aim to get your item to as soon as possible, all our items are handmade, so please allow up to 2/3 weeks for delivery.
When you have ordered your item, we will contact you with an up-to-date timescale.
Upon receiving your order, if it does not live up to your expectations you have the right to return them within 14 days. This excludes any bespoke, made to order, personalised or embossed items.
Orders will be made to the sizes provided when ordered. Any mistakes when measuring is not the responsibility of BearleatherWx. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that were measured incorrectly. Please see our measuring guide for details on how to measure your new item. We cannot accept returns on bespoke, made to order, personalised or embossed items unless there is a fault with the product.
If you intend on returning a product you must let us know in writing or via email within 14 days of receiving your item, please enclose your name, order number and the reason you want to return your item.
When returning an item you are responsible for postage costs.
All returned items need to be in new, unused and unmarked condition.
A refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the returned items to us, items over €150 will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for collecting parcels held at local shipping facilities.
In the result of parcels going unclaimed and have been returned to Bear LeatherWX, no refund will be given, and the customer will need to cover the cost of shipping back to them.
Items sent outside of the island of Ireland, may incur import duties and taxes, you, the buyer, are responsible for these.
Incorrectly Delivered Goods
In the case of incorrectly delivered items, items must be in as new and unused condition when returned to us. If you have received the incorrect goods, please contact us immediately. As soon as we receive the incorrect goods back, we will arrange delivery of the correct goods and refund the postage costs incurred. We recommend using a signed for service to return any goods.

Once we receive your order, we will contact you with a confirmation email and up to date timescale on orders.

Worldwide Shipping
Want to place an order, but you don’t live in Ireland? We can ship worldwide!
Please note when ordering from outside the Island of Ireland you may incur an import tax duty when the parcel enters your country.
You will be liable to cover this cost.
Postage
All items sent via An Post, these items take roughly 2 working days to be delivered.
International parcels are sent registered post with An Post and are fully tracked.
Items sent outside of Ireland may take to up 7 working days to be delivered. Parcels can be tracked via the email sent out upon posting.
If an item is lost in transit, a case will be raised with the carrier and upon receipt of compensation, a replacement item will be sent out.
This process can take a while, so please be patient whilst the case is in progress.
